• Offer advice on performance management issues, absence, organisational change, disciplinary, grievance and recruitment best practice.

• Offer a free place on our bi-annual Employment Law seminar. 

Should an employment issue become contentious or involve complex legal issues then employment law specialists at Leathes Prior will provide bespoke advice, concentrating on the delivery of workable and practical solutions, minimising the risks and exposure to your organisation.

Our comprehensive service has been specifically designed to support your HR requirements proactively, and where necessary, reactively, without fear of incurring escalating legal costs. 

The annual cost for unlimited access to HR and legal advice will be based on the number of employees you have and starts from just £800 + VAT (if you employ fewer than ten people).

Optional Employment Practices Insurance

Should an employment issue escalate to tribunal, optional employment practices insurance includes representation by Leathes Prior throughout the entire process and at the tribunal.
