History

SM Associates Ltd is a company limited by shares and wholly owned by Voluntary Norfolk.  Prior to December 2009 the business of SM Associates was owned and delivered by Steve Morphew Associates. This business activity transferred to the new company in late 2009.

Steve Morphew Associates has been operational since 1995 and built up an impressive track record of delivery and a strong customer base.  The customer base and all staff of Steve Morphew Associates, apart from Steve Morphew himself, have now transferred to the new company SM Associates Ltd.  Steve continues to work through the new organisation on a freelance basis.

Parent organisation Voluntary Norfolk has been in existence for 40 years and is the largest voluntary sector infrastructure organisation in Norfolk. Voluntary Norfolk supports the work of voluntary and community organisations through a range of free and paid-for services and by providing a voice for the voluntary and community sector within key partnerships in the county.

The combination of two strong backgrounds in Steve Morphew Associates and Voluntary Norfolk creates, in SM Associates Ltd, a powerful new resource in the training and HR consultancy marketplace.
